Aziza is the East Coast Director of Development for Health Leads, which strives to break down systemic barriers to health equity across the United States. In addition to her fundraising work, Aziza leads consulting and executive search engagements for clients in the EMEA region, leveraging her experience and passion for human capital as well as development, operations, and revenue acquisition. Previously, she served as the Managing Director of Partnerships for BetterLesson, an EdTech startup, and as Managing Director of Development for Teach For America.
